I listen to the actual material: recordings, content, the real thing. I name where delivery breaks from intent, usually before you can articulate it yourself. You leave with language specific enough to act on. Bring the thing that's bothering you.

I help media teams and leaders name what's broken when their message doesn't land. You're not a bad communicator. There's just a gap between your intent and how it's landing.
